Dryer

Before you read on about Dryers...

The following information is useful only to tenants who currently have a dryer installed and in use at a property. Arrive Homes does not provide dryers to properties that do not have this appliance currently in use, and it is at the discretion of the property owner to replace the appliance, which will happen on a case-by-case basis and only when fair wear and tear has been identified and damage has not been caused due to misuse.

Cleaning and Safety

Clothes dryers need to be cleaned to keep them free and clear of any lint, dirt and clogs so to avoid any safety and fire hazards that can be caused by not cleaning regularly. If you are doing anything electrical, ALWAYS make sure that the appliance is turned off and unplugged before attempting to clean or fix any problem(s).
