Got a Ripped or Torn Carpet?

Unless the damage to a carpet is extreme, poses a health and safety issue and/or has been ripped/torn out of malicious conduct wherein the tenant is at fault, however intentional, the carpet likely will not need urgent replacement.

If there is a rip or tear in a carpet, whether in your room or in a shared space, be responsible and mindful, individually and together, to maintain its appearance and make efforts to prevent the rip/tear from worsening.

Report a description of any ripped/torn carpet that is visible, however small or extreme, by filling out a maintenance form.

If you are experiencing problems with your vacuum, go to Appliances Vacuum to trouble shoot and/or resolve the problem.

If you are experiencing problems with damp carpet & flooring due to leaks, find the information you need to trouble shoot, resolve and/or report the issue under Carpets&Flooring Damp&Leaks.

If you are experiencing problems with mold & mildew on carpets and/or flooring, go to Carpet&Flooring Mold&Mildew to trouble shoot, resolve and/or report the problem.
