Do You Have a Power Socket Not Working? 

Before you do anything, first switch off the power at the mains supply.

To check for a faulty socket, try plugging an appliance into each of the sockets to see if it has power, turning the main power switch on and off as necessary. If there is no power, you have a faulty socket. If this is so, remove any plugs from the socket and report the issue by filling in a maintenance form.
