First Check: Are any of the screws loose on the furniture?

It could be a easier fix than first thought Simply look at all the screw fittings, find any loose screws, match it to the correct screwdriver head and go from there.

You can purchase the necessary screwdriver and tools from any local home hardware store, including B&Q, Wickes and Homebase or any local independent shop.  Take the screw with you to the shop and ask a service representative for more assistance if needed.
