Accounts and Passwords

Arrive Homes provides basic TV services to all of its houses. Accounts and passwords are managed by Arrive Homes, including bills and activity, setting up and closing accounts, and managing general queries from tenants.

If you have a query about the services and bundles being provided, or you would like to upgrade your bundle, report the issue by filling in a maintenance form.

If any of these describes your problem:

  • total loss of service
  • remote control not working
  • missing TV channels
  • poor quality picture
  • freezing/blocking/blanking
  • loss of sound
  • poor quality sound
  • Virgin TV service not responding
  • Widescreen issues on V Box
  • On Demand issues in TiVo
  • I cant access interactive on my V Box

    No worries. You can still make a query, and Virgin will take you through its easy step-by-instructions online to get your wireless broadband back up and working. Contact a Virgin service representative directly.

    Fill in a maintenance form below to receive the password for your account. From there, you can contact Virgin services and speak directly with a representative over the phone who can help talk through your issue with you.

    If your TV provider is not Virgin, go to your Company's website and see its services to help diagnose and troubleshoot the issue.  Service providers offer competitive services, so you should find each one will offer similar services online or by phone.

    If you need to request the password for your TV account to inquire with a Virgin representative about an issue, or you need to make a query regarding the account (services, updating, billing & activity) to Arrive Homes, fill in a maintenance form.
