A property in a great location. A very short walk from the affluent area of South Woodford, in our opinion one of the nicest parts of East London.

There are spacious communal areas, ideal for relaxing and socialising. The bedrooms are large in size, with two bathrooms in the house.

South Woodford's retail area is centred around George Lane. The house is incredibly close to this. This is the main high street for the area. There are a number of well-known chain store shops, such as Sainsbury and Marks & Spencer, and a good selection of smaller shops, restaurants, cafes, and a crown post office. There is an Odeon cinema in the High Road, which is the only cinema in the area. Other amenities include a number of green areas, many of which form part of Epping Forest.

South Woodford is in Zone 4 of the London Underground/tube. Arguably, this is the line with the fastest travel routes in to the city and trains are very frequent.

There are many bus routes to other parts of London, including the N55 night bus from central London. All services serve George Lane and South Woodford Station, excluding route 123 which only serves the North Circular stops in South Woodford, and route 549 which only serves South Wood-ford Station and George Lane South.

A charming house that is situated in the centre of South Woodford - an affluent part of East London. It has a suburban feel with many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. It is situated in close proximity to the Central Line on the London Underground (tube), therefore having excellent transport links to more central London and also the suburbs.

There is off-street parking too for those who drive - this is handy and fairly rare in London.

The house is very spacious with good sized bedrooms and communal areas. For those liking the outdoors, there is a very nice garden perfect for the Great British Summer! This home is absolutely perfect for convenience and in our experience, the area represents excellent value for money.

On the CS3 cycle superhighway.

Near A13 and A11 roads in and out of London.

A house with a huge amount of character. The bedrooms are vast in size and the single rooms are well proportioned offering good value for money

Like all of our properties this has been well selected with the professional in mind. There are good size communal areas that are ideal for entertaining. This has a real feel of a family home. There is a lovely garden that is ideal for socialising and enjoying the British spring/summertime! The house is in close proximity to Redbridge Station, on the London Underground which serves Central London incredibly well. For those working in Essex, this location too is ideal.

Buses offering good routes to Essex and East London areas are available nearby. For those driving, the house is very close to the M11, M25 and A406 making it very well connected. There is also off street parking – a rarity in London! There are lots of convenience stores nearby with supermarkets well connected by public transport.
